Q Set Project File Format
Q Set projects files are saved as XML, using a .qset file extension. The current schema is published in XSD format, and is compatible for all versions of Q Set 1.

Please note that the element webService, and complexType webServiceType are reserved for future versions of Q Set.
Multiple Add/Remove Programs Entries
PROBLEM - Upgrading Q Set versions can cause duplicate entries in Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs list.
REMARK - This is issue is under review.
RESOLUTION - Remove instances of Q Set via Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs,
and re-install the latest version of Q Set.
Unable to Browse Messages on Remote Machines
PROBLEM - When opening a queue on a remote machine, may display the message, "Unable to open or read queue. Remote computer is not available."
REMARK - If the machine and queue are accessible from the machine running Q Set, this may be a DNS issue.
RESOLUTION - This can occur of the full remote host name cannot be resolved via DNS. Try pinging the remote machine using its fully qualified name, e.g. "ping remotecomputer.mydomain.com" If ping fails to work this may indicate an issue with DNS.
